Self-Adhesive.  Gel Insoles are designed for use in high heel and other shoes. They provide comfort and shock absorption during all day use. Upper tissue is soft, helps to remove moisture and give feeling of freshness. Cellular bottom gel creates extra soft zones for maximum shock absorption under the heel and metatarsal areas. Insoles are slim and narrow to fit perfectly in all kind of shoes. Please remove the foil and press put the gel part into the shoes. For multiple use. Can be washed. Stick onto dry and degreased  surface.
